Put God first and you'll never be last.

Ministry Work.

Ministry Work. 1 Timothy 4:12-16 12: Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13: Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. 14: Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 15: Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. 16: Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee. The scripture tells us some of the basics for beginning the ministry work. Set believers an example of your faith and knowledge in Christ in your speech, conduct, love and purity. Let them no that truly there’s a great distance between a pagan, traditionalist, Buddhist, etc. This was a part of the letter Paul wrote to Timothy. He advised Timothy to attend public reading of the scriptures, that is, to the preaching and teachings until he returns. Meaning he didn’t want too to keep him idle while waiting for him therefore he had to put him to the task. Paul advised timothy to listen in order to build up his faith since faith hearing and hearing the word of God. He then tells him not to neglect the gift he has for the ministry which was given to him by prophetic utterance. Paul urged him to perform all these duties and devote himself to them so that his progress will be seen by all to the Glory of GOD. Also the latter part of the verse says that we must hold on to our duties for by so doing we will save both ourselves and the people who listen to our messages. So please my brethren perform the above duties carefully and joyfully and you will be able to save yourself and people who listen to you. Amen!!!

Confession Unto Salvation.

CONFESSION UNTO SALVATION. (Romans 10:10) Romans 10:10: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.KJV The above verse tells mankind of the steps to being saved. What do we mean by being saved? Being saved simply means being eligible to inherit the kingdom of GOD unto eternity after death. The scripture makes it known to us that being or getting saved is an easy process to doubt man is never willing to do this. But why?. Why the reluctance? This is because man has been blinded by the world of darkness. Majority of mankind has already been devoured by the devil. 1 Peter 5:8 the devil is ever ready to get more of mankind into his kingdom but GOD in His infinity mercy has created this wonderful mode of confession to redeem us from the family of the devil. All we need to do in order to inherit eternal life in Heaven is to confess with our mouth (tongue) that Jesus is our only savior who came to live just to die for our sins and also believe with our hearts that He is the one and only true son of God That’s all!! It’s as simple as that. This is just the primary procedure for any man from there then we proceed to doing the work of GOD. All you need to do is confess (say, speak) with your mouth and believe with your heart. This simple confession takes only a short while but man has forgone this short prayer and rather chosen to suffer in a burning lake of sulphur till eternity. So brethren please take note of the prayer below so that you can as well inherit paradise just like me .Amen Dear Lord JESUS, I confess with my mouth and believe with my heart that You are my Lord and Saviour. Please forgive me my sins and grant me the wonderful gift of eternal life. Amen!!! Prince Nartey. 2014©.

Judgement

Judgment
Luke 6:37-38, Matthew 18:35 37: Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: 38: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Judgment is the act of passing a conclusion on a situation whether with or without enough knowledge regarding it. In fact, mankind has no right to judge either themselves or others. Judgment can only be pronounced by the Almighty God who created us all in HIS own image and likeness. He is the only true and righteous judge. But unfortunately human nature does not permit this. We condemn, judge and refuse to forgive ourselves. In the scriptures it is stated that if you judge you will also be judged by the same measure by other on this end and also by God on the last day. This simple principle applies to unforgiveness as well. In Matthew 7:12, it is stated that we must do unto others what you want men to do unto you for this is the law and the prophets. This scripture has a direct link to the first one. This certifies the fact that the Word of God never contradicts itself. Have you judged anyone? Aren’t you guilty yourself? If your answer to any of these questions is “yes” then take note of the prayer below… Dear Lord Jesus, I’m very sorry for being judgmental and condemning others without forgiveness in my heart. Please cleanse my heart and forgive me all my sins and unrighteousness as I have forgiven all who have offended me in the mighty name of JESUS. Amen!!

The Task Ahead 2

Theme: Fulfilling The Great Commission. **The Task Ahead** # The Lord is faithful to his righteous servants therefore He'll lift you up in times of trouble. (2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;) # Can sweet and sour water flow from the same well? As a preacher, the habit of telling lies should not be your portion. As human as we are we might tell lies in one way or the other but then this must never be the "habit" of a preacher because you don't have to use the same mouth in preaching the Word. I hope you understand the beginning question now.[1 Timothy 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.] #Brethren before we continue just take a minute or two and ask God for the spirit of Wisdom to help you in your ministry. there's more to this scripture please meditate on it (Ecclesiastes 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.) # As a child of God, your words of speech must be acceptable. Your speech shouldnt make people around you doubt the calling upon your life. (Ecclesiastes 12:10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.) # (Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.) Preacher let your speech always be filled with Grace? And Grace comes from God right? Meaning let your speech take its source from God. Let your spirit be inspired by the Holy Spirit so that you'll be able to convince every lost soul into the Kingdom.

The Task Ahead 1

Theme: Fulfilling The Great Commission. #Brethren if demons and evil spirits refuse to fall at your feet then you haven't worked enough spiritually if not then you have a question mark on your ministry.(Mark 5:6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, 5:7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.) # Always testify HIS good works ...(Mark 5:19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.) #Some people's faith can make them whole while others need your effort as a minister to breakthrough; this might be through fasting and prayer or by the Holy Spirit through you. (Mark 5:34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.) Matthew 17:21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting. #Preacher be ready to be rejected by your own. (Mark 6:4 But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.)

Doing God's Work 1

Fulfilling The Great Commission. #Matthew 28:16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 28:17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. Brethren, Jesus' deciples doubted HIM even after He had resurrected. What could be the cause of this? These same people had been which Him during the whole period of His ministry. Hadn't their faith grown mightily in Him. Well, this tells us that not everyone who sits in Church everyday believes Jesus neither do they believe in the sermon that is preached. This reminds me of the parable of the sower where the seeds fell in different places. Never expect that all your efforts will bear successful fruits   # A pure heart is of great price to God. How marvelous it is to bed of great price to God?? Well we need to find out what makes one's heart pure..1 Peter 3:4 But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.<<>> #Being with God wholeheartedly makes you untouchable. NB: the word was WHOLEHEARTEDLY. A divided attention with God may created loop holes around you. Being with God strenthens and protects you spiritually. Let us not suffer for earthly treasures but for righteousness sake. Remember we learnt that God saved Noah from destruction for the sake of righteousness. 1 Peter 3:13 And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? 3:14 But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; #Brethren, never curse anyone who speaks against your ministry. Continue to bless them and they will be ashamed soon. 1 Peter 3:16 Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ. 3:17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing. #Take note of the scripture; it stated that the spirits which preached to were sometimes disobedient. This should tell you the reason why its very difficult to win some souls even after a very long period. 1 Peter 3:19 By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; 3:20 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

Winning Your Relatives

2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but qq the power thereof: from such turn away. 2 Timothy 3:6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Brethren the scriptures above are really saying a lot about these times we're living in. Remember it never said unbelievers are going to indulge in these acts; it stated "Men". Men includes everybody; From Ministers of the gospel to idol worshippers. From here it depends on us the individuals to make turning point decisions in our lives to prevent us from falling victims to the adversary. Brethren we have a lot of work to do as ministers to win back the lost at any cost. We keep talking so much about winning souls but never put it into action. Remember what 1 Cor 4:20 said. The kingdom of God is not in words but in power!! Brethren let's change this attitude of talking so much about doing Gods work without putting in an effort. You live in a household with an unsaved uncle or aunty and you feel comfortable going about you daily duties with no conscience at all!! What a minister!! He or she dies and you begin to regret in the next minute. Shame on you my brother! Do you know why God made you stand out in that household ??? In order to harvest the souls in and around you. The bible says that "a righteous man's household is saved" simply meaning that a righteous man will minister to his household to receive Jesus and be saved. Brethren, let us begin to win souls right from our homes and families before breaking out into the world. How beautiful it will be on the last day to see your relatives and the many souls you brought along with you in Heaven where your crown awaits you! Amen.

Desires of The Earthly Man.

Desires of The Earthly Man.      (Colossians 3)
*Lust as an earthly man's desire. (Matthew 5:28, Mark 4:19) *Wealth as an earthly man's desire (Luke 12:13-21) Hello brethren, very interesting and educative topic here. "The desires of an earthly man". This enlightenment will be based on Colossians chapter 3. Well I'll like us to find out who an earthly man is and what earthly desires are. Well the truth is that every thing we see around is are earthly possessions and the moment we prioritize them so much in our hearts they become earthly desires. (Psalm 20:7). From this explanation, we call then tell that an earthly man is one who puts his heart and trust in earthly possessions. Now let's ask ourselves, what causes one to desire earthly acquisitions rather than seeking God??(Matthew 6:33) We are in an era where men value materialism than human life. Man kills his fellow for the love of money and possessions and this is the desire of an earthly man!! I believe that this is the point we all need JESUS the more... Let's take a practical example. There is a video circulating in social media where a young man's fingers are being chopped of with an axe just because he tried to steal a motorcycle. In that video the whole crowd was in support of the act because no one came to his aid. Well let's look at this from a different perspective. Imagine that young man has Jesus ruling his life, 1.he might never have tried stealing the bike 2. If the crowd had known Jesus to be our Lord and Saviour they would NEVER have had the thought of chopping off the young man's fingers. Remember God is love meaning anyone in God is love also therefore such evil thoughts are far from our hearts. Now there's a lesson to be learnt here and it simply goes like this; EVERYONE NEEDS JESUS NOW! This same desire of the earthly man is the cause of the absolute wickedness in our societies today. Colossians 3 talks about all the earthly desires you could think of… Verse 10… And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: This certifies that we're still in the image of HE that created us? Wow meaning we're naturally not meant to be men of earthly desires!! So then why should turn ourselves into people who hunger for vanity? (Ecleasiates 1:3; 1:14) Because of earthly desires husband doesn't spend time with family, wife's are now married to their careers and children are engaged to their cell phones in the name of Technology!! Man! How can this be? Have we forgotten our roots so soon? Why have stoop so low for our adversary(the devil) to take control of our lives? Its about time a strong and mighty wave of revival sweeps through the Church to wipe away all earthly desires in our lives. Well, whom are we relying on or waiting for to initiate this movement?? Expecting the messiah to come and die again?? Never! Brethren it is up to you and I to uplift the banner of Jesus higher in this end time of absolute spiritual war fare! Being Accused Is Nothing Unusual.

Theme: Fulfilling the Great Commission. October 2014 # Matthew 27:12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. #Mark 15:5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled. Jesus said nothing; so that Pilate marvelled? Brethren making up your mind to imitate Christ is never as easy as we deem it.As humans we always want our side of the story to be heard but then its best to keep mute and allow the spirit of God to take its course. Acts 4:1-28(take note of verse 8) Peter allowed the spirit to speak through him and now see what happened (Acts 4:21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.) They would have been in trouble if He had acted upon his own strength and wisdom. >>Luke 23:10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him<< Note the word; "VEHEMENTLY" Preacher be ready to be accused and condemned vehemently! You always don't need to speak or defend yourself. There's nothing to worry about since you are on the side of the Truth. Know that you can never fight for "The Most High". He's the omnipotent and all power belongs to Him.Even though life will toss you up and down violently but always know that He is with us till the end of time. >>Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.<< #Luke 23:12 And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves. A MAN who's trial could make two kings unite? Imagine the number of souls which could be wasted it they had gone into fight against each other? But one Man's condemnation unto death had brought about unity between two seats of government. brethren Jesus' death brought about a whole of benefits for mankind which we still haven't realized till this day. # 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) As a minister you don't have to accept a situation as everyone does. There must be a clear difference in the way you analysis or deal with a situation at hand.

Rejecting God's Call

Theme: Fulfilling the great commission October 2014
**Rejecting God's Call**
Brethren, we've heard over and over again that many are called but a few are chosen but then what goes into the calling of an individual? Now the question goes like this; Can anyone reject God's call into the higher ministry? Let's analyse the passage and scriptures below.
#The call of God may come upon your life as a result of covenants which you or your parents made in critical times of your birth or childhood. Such instances occur when we are in pain or trouble or at times near death experiences. Eg a woman in overdue labour could make such declarations and you'll be surprised to know that they are delivered from that particular situation as soon as they make such statements. Well being delivered from the problem means God has fulfilled his part of the contract! (1 Samuel 1:22 But Hannah went not up; for she said unto her husband, I will not go up until the child be weaned, and then I will bring him, that he may appear before the LORD, and there abide for ever.)
#At times one may need another minister to guide you in realizing God's call upon your life.(1 Samuel 3:9 Therefore Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.)
#In God's calling, Age doesn't count but then its usually in your youthful days and transition into adulthood. That is when you have the strength and concentration to work diligently. (Jeremiah 1:4-7.. Jeremiah 1:4 Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. 1:6 Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. 1:7 But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.)

#Gods call is neither based on societal status nor supremacy; everyone is eligible.(Luke 5:8-10, Matthew 9:9-13, calling of Matthew)

#Rejecting God's call will plunge you into calamity sooner or later.(Jonah 1-3)

#Apostle Paul wrote 18 out of 27 books in the new testament. Imagine the amount of Knowledge we would have been deprived of if he hadn't accepted God's call. Meaning the call upon your life will educate and open the eyes of many.

#God gives you sufficient Grace to handle the task ahead.(Jeremiah 1:9-10)

#From the day of accepting God's call you cease to be an ordinary person. You begin to speak with power and authority.( Acts 2:3-4,1st Corinthians 2:4)

#Preacher, never abuse God's power when you see things happening at your command. Remember your speech is now full of power therefore speak as the spirit directs(1 Corinthians 9:18)

"Sin" as a distraction to your ministry.

Fulfilling The Great Commission.

**Sin as a distraction to your ministry**
1 John 5:17
All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.

#Preacher, Jesus is with you always; are you also with him always?? How many times do you feel HIS presence? Is it continually or once a long while? How much time do you spend with Him in a day averagely? Well in this era of young energetic Christians, materialism has been a great militant against Christian faith so called technology and wisdom is causing the spiritual downfall of many all over the world. I believe one would choose the latest gadget rather than the bible with the excuse that he or she could use the bible on the device; indirectly you're choosing materialism over God who all things belong to.
Well I'm not saying that such items are bad but then you should know that the drawbacks are more than the advantages they provide. How do they improve our Christian lives as young upcoming ministers. How do they help you in fulfilling the great commission? You may argue that you could use them to spread the Good News on social media but then how long can you maintain such standards. Upon my experience on the adverse effects of social media I've ended up deleting all my accounts on social media to avoid having a divided attention for God(you're always welcome to also do so) You may ended up been attracted by something else. Giving all your attention to unworthy activities while God needs it is Sin! Because sin is Also when you fail to do what you need to do. Well using advanced gadgets is never a sin but giving all your attention to it while souls are perishing is sin. Havent you noticed that since you got that flashy device your Christian life begun to dwindle? How could you keep worldly songs and movies on the same device on which you have your bible? Could you keep such CD's in your hardware Bible? Ask you self why you're shy to carry your bible through the streets on your way to Church but then you feel on top of the world with your lastest device in your palm? Not forgetting that thieves could make you lose your arm because of materialism. Now ask yourself which kind of thief would hack of your hand to collect your bible? Mm Ive seen and heard of about one or two testimonies where The Holy Bible has saved many individuals from gunshots and accidents. Never have I heard of such powerful and expensive devices saving the life of an individual; maybe I'm yet to hear one. Minister, please check yourself and know how to spend your time and manage your attention.
Now back to the theme scripture, all unrighteousness is sin, a righteous man is one who is in right standing with God(meets God's standards). Upon all that has been said above you now know whether you're in a fair relationship with God or not. You'll know whether you're treating Him like He treats you.
#Remember the bible is sold is town "but" The Holy Bible can never be sold. <#Nartey_Prince.

Youthful Exuberance.

                                    Overview of Temptation.

We are in a time where the challenge is being your self rather than what the world wants you to be. Pleasures of life have blinded man so much that sin seems so normal. But then we must know that the rules of Holy Bible which guides our path on this earth still remains the same. As christians and new believers, we have a task of maintaining purity both spiritually and in flesh. Well it is up to the individual to study the Word which delivers us from temptation. NB: JESUS replied satan with the Word when HE was tempted.
Scripture Reference: 1 Corinthians 10:12-13

  •   Hebrews 2:18
  •    1 Corinthians 3:16
  •    James 13:15
  •    Matthew 26:41
  •    1 Peter 5:6-8
  •     1 Corinthians 15:33

 1 John 2:16-17
Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
The verse says that anyone who thinks he stands should be very careful because temptation is a phenomenon that comes everyone’s way at some points in life. Frankly speaking, temptations can be escaped but most at times people are entangled in it. In fact the best way to deal with temptation is either to escape it or to endure it. Enduring temptation is not an easy task but then if only you have the HOLY SPIRIT (our helper & comforter) by your side there’s no way it will overcome you.
In Hebrews 2:18, it says that for because himself has suffered and been tempted, He is able to help those who are tempted. This is so because He has experienced the pain and suffering temptation so He is ready and able to help victims of temptation. My brethren, if our LORD JESUS was then who are we to walk freely and go on with our lives without temptation?
In 1 peter 5 verse 8, it says that be sober, be watchful meaning be alert, be aggressive be careful and also be careful and also be ready. Why does the BIBLE tell us this? We should be ready, alert and careful for what reason? The verse further says that our adversary “the devil” prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Actually, he is looking for someone who is neither alert nor careful to pounce on. How will he devour his victims? It’s only or mostly through temptations. The moment you are not able to overcome it he devours you by getting you addicted to the sinful act he tempted you with. Majority of his victims are the youth of our society. What do we see nowadays? All the nasty and well known social vices are being done and practiced by the youth. Right from drug abuse to shooting of porn videos but then I believe that with the comforter at work and our GOD being so merciful and loving they will be delivered in the mighty name of Jesus!!!
“For all that is in the world, lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the pride of life, is not of the father is not of the father but is of the world. And the world passes away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. AMEN!!!
Finally, the big question is "Are you a victim of temptation?'', you should know your stand by now.
