Being Accused Is Nothing Unusual.

Theme: Fulfilling the Great Commission. October 2014 # Matthew 27:12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing. #Mark 15:5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled. Jesus said nothing; so that Pilate marvelled? Brethren making up your mind to imitate Christ is never as easy as we deem it.As humans we always want our side of the story to be heard but then its best to keep mute and allow the spirit of God to take its course. Acts 4:1-28(take note of verse 8) Peter allowed the spirit to speak through him and now see what happened (Acts 4:21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.) They would have been in trouble if He had acted upon his own strength and wisdom. >>Luke 23:10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him<< Note the word; "VEHEMENTLY" Preacher be ready to be accused and condemned vehemently! You always don't need to speak or defend yourself. There's nothing to worry about since you are on the side of the Truth. Know that you can never fight for "The Most High". He's the omnipotent and all power belongs to Him.Even though life will toss you up and down violently but always know that He is with us till the end of time. >>Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.<< #Luke 23:12 And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves. A MAN who's trial could make two kings unite? Imagine the number of souls which could be wasted it they had gone into fight against each other? But one Man's condemnation unto death had brought about unity between two seats of government. brethren Jesus' death brought about a whole of benefits for mankind which we still haven't realized till this day. # 2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) As a minister you don't have to accept a situation as everyone does. There must be a clear difference in the way you analysis or deal with a situation at hand.
