The Task Ahead 2

Theme: Fulfilling The Great Commission. **The Task Ahead** # The Lord is faithful to his righteous servants therefore He'll lift you up in times of trouble. (2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;) # Can sweet and sour water flow from the same well? As a preacher, the habit of telling lies should not be your portion. As human as we are we might tell lies in one way or the other but then this must never be the "habit" of a preacher because you don't have to use the same mouth in preaching the Word. I hope you understand the beginning question now.[1 Timothy 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.] #Brethren before we continue just take a minute or two and ask God for the spirit of Wisdom to help you in your ministry. there's more to this scripture please meditate on it (Ecclesiastes 12:9 And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.) # As a child of God, your words of speech must be acceptable. Your speech shouldnt make people around you doubt the calling upon your life. (Ecclesiastes 12:10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.) # (Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.) Preacher let your speech always be filled with Grace? And Grace comes from God right? Meaning let your speech take its source from God. Let your spirit be inspired by the Holy Spirit so that you'll be able to convince every lost soul into the Kingdom.
